DBS SWOT Analysis
Welcome to the Division of Blind Services SWOT (pronounced “swat”) Analysis website. This website provides readers with the following two resources:
First, this site contains the ets, Incorporated SWOT Analysis Overview. This brief series of web pages will familiarize you with the purpose, procedure and outcome of a SWOT analysis.
The second resource that may be accessed on this site is an online SWOT Input Form. This form allows users to contribute to the SWOT analysis online, and store their results in a database that will be used for the Division’s Strategic Planning Process.
Both resources are provided via links below. You are encouraged to complete the SWOT Analysis Overview first, even if you are familiar with this technique. Once you understand SWOT, you may participate in the actual SWOT Analysis online by clicking on "Proceed to the SWOT From" at the end of the Overview, or by accessing the SWOT Input Form by clicking below.
